Community mass
Tuesday, January 25th, 2011This day was supposed to be our 3rd Day of clinical rotation at Taguig City Hospital, but because there was a memo released that obliged us to attend the said event so we participated. I arrived at the school for about 7:50am, just exactly when the program was started. The program started with a song of praise with matching some choreography. If I am not mistaken this was my 3rd time to participate in this community. The community composed of 8 Chapters came from Pangasinan, Isabela, Caloocan, Camarines Sur, Manila, Rizal and many more. All throughout the program there was a mass, “lunch”, and couple of dance and song numbers presented by each chapter. If there was a life changing moment on that event it was when a “guest speaker” named Arum Gogno shared his experienced with God, it made me think…” kaya ko kaya ginawa niya? parang ang hirap gawin ng ginawa niya he almost gave up everything..” when those thoughts we’re on my mind I heard my friend Irish said “ako kaya ko gawin yan” then suddenly there was something flashed on my mind “ sino ako para di magawa un?” God has provided “us” (together with my siblings) everything we need kahit na kinuha niya nang maaga ang mga magulang namin ( although he took my parents early) still he didn’t abandoned us. I’m not a religious person then, I didn’t attend Sunday masses. But one thing I know for sure, “anak niya ako” (I’m His son) I still believed on him despite on our trials. Jesus still loves us and will love us forever.
